President/Outside Sales Sales Territory: Minnesota and North Dakota Cell: 612-817-7900 Jon’s plumbing and heating industry experience dates back to the early ‘80s with jobs at a distributor, and working for a plumbing and heating contractor. Following college, Jon worked as a mechanical engineer and in marketing and management before he joined the rep agency in 2001. Jon has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a MBA from the University of Minnesota. |

Outside Sales Sales Territory: Minnesota, South Dakota, Western WI Cell: 612-328-0679 Lenny comes from a broad experience base, including business owner, construction project management, and various sales roles, including residential HVAC Sales. Lenny joined Schroeder Sales Co. in 2012. Lenny has a BS in business from the University of Minnesota Duluth. |

Outside Sales Sales Territory: Wisconsin & UP Michigan Cell: 262-498-5449 Don comes from a diverse background; fifteen years as a outside sales associate for an HVAC wholesale supplier; thirteen years in the service industry; and eight years as an Electronics sub-contractor to the military. Don joined our team in July of 2017. Don has an Associate of Applied Science from Gateway Technical College of Wisconsin. |

He graduated from North Dakota State with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and has 3 years of experience as an engineer in the Aerospace industry. |

He earned a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and has experience as an HVAC technician as well as a background in the automotive and powersports industries. |
